REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
All Transactions and purchases made on the site is final and BELLA BEAUTY BUNDLES offers no return and exchange unless it can be clearly shown that the product shipped is defected. Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final.
If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. You must inspect the product immediately. We're happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install, open or alter the product.
Once an order is placed and processed, we WILL NOT cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before checking out.

Please note that you can only return a product if it is deemed defective.

The product returned shall be inspected immediately. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
- The product MUST be in unused and original condition.
- Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regard to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
- You MUST inform about the return of the product to us within 48 hours.
- You MUST not unravel, wet, play with or install hair
- The return package MUST include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then we will issue you a store credit to make future purchases on the site.
PACKAGE REFUSALS OR RETURNS
- In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping or delivery cost.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
A 3% Cancelation fee will be applied to all orders.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom orders.
Please keep records of your return tracking number.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for custom international fees as they are out of our control once it gets to your home country.
BELLA BEAUTY BUNDLES is not liable for products purchased in error by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they are selecting the correct product before payment. BELLA BEAUTY BUNDLES will not issue refunds for such orders under any circumstances.
Lace- Incorrect bleaching of knots can lead to lace balding or shedding. We are not liable for any lace damage that may occur as a result of bleaching.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER GOING TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.
Additional verification may be necessary for certain orders. We will request identification to confirm that the order was indeed placed by the card/account holder. You will receive an email or phone call with instructions on submitting the required government-issued ID to complete your order.
READY TO WEAR WIGS
Ready-to-wear wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Do not purchase these wigs if you are inexperienced with wig wearing or self-installation. Consult your hairstylist before ordering. A wig may only be returned or exchanged if there is clear evidence of a defect in the product shipped. Inspect the package upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to report any issues.
Please do not unravel, wet, play with, install or alter the product. DO NOT CUT THE LACE. ONCE THE LACE HAS BEEN CUT THE WIG, CLOSURE OR FRONTAL CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported to the law enforcement.
To ensure speedy delivery, we process orders daily, excluding holidays and weekends. Therefore, order cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is verified and completed. Sale items are processed within 7-10 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
Bella Beauty Bundles reserves the right to modify prices, policies, or sales at our discretion at any time. We recommend reviewing our policies regularly for updates.
- To combat credit card fraud, certain orders might necessitate ID verification prior to shipment. Additional information may be requested if there is a discrepancy between your billing, banking, or credit card details and the records held by the credit card processor. For first-time customers, we will reach out to confirm cardholder status. Should verification not occur within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.
